Mr. Wieder founded Radiant Property Management, LLC after forming an exclusive joint venture with Apollo Real Estate Advisors to acquire properties in Newark, New Jersey and the surrounding market. Prior to founding Radiant, Mr. Wieder was an investment sales associate at Brown Harris Stevens, Commercial Services, LLC and the Director of Acquisitions for RAK Group, LLC. Mr. Wieder graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University, received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and an M.S. in Construction Management from New York University.
Mr. Berger joined with Michael Wieder to form Radiant Property Management, LLC with an eye towards purchasing multi-family properties in the New York tri-state area with an emphasis in New Jersey. Prior to forming Radiant, Mr. Berger co-founded Rosewood Realty Group, a Manhattan-based real estate brokerage and advisory firm. Under Mr. Berger's diligent management, Rosewood expanded from a regional presence to become recognized as a national leader in the real estate brokerage and advisory field. Mr. Berger focus is primarily in the multi-family space, where he brings a unique understanding of value added expertise in the rehabilitation and upgrading of properties, primarily in the tri-state area.
Mr. Klein is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all books and records. Prior to joining Radiant, Mr. Klein held the position of Controller at Wood Industries, LLC and KFM, Inc. Mr. Klein graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.
David Salzman has an impressive career in the real estate management industry. As Assistant Director of Operations for Renaissance Equity, David managed Flatbush Gardens, a 2,500 unit complex in Brooklyn NY, where responsibilities included: facilities management, tenant relations, procurement, ensuring government compliance, and leasing. Most recently David managed The Dunbar in Harlem, NY for Galil Management
